This model is designed for the surfer who wants a quicker turning, and more responsive board, that allows for a “skatey” approach to surfing. This model displays a lower entry rocker then the 6, but has an added “kick” in the tail. This increase in rocker through the tail allows the K8 to turn with added ease, and control. The pronounced single concave with accentuated double concave out the tail, also allows the K8 to generate, and maintain a good amount of speed throughout the ride.

Length Available: 6'0"- 6'5" No changes are necessary when ordering the K8. The K8 should be ordered similar to your regular shortboard, and it should be noted that the K8 tends to perform better in waves that have a pocket, with a little more push.
