JEANNIE CHESSER

WE STOPPED BY TO SEE JEANNIE CHESSER LAST NIGHT. SHE HAS BEEN SUCH AN INSPIRATION TO ME AND MANY PEOPLE. SHE HAS BEEN FIGHTING AN ILLNESS AND HER FRIENDS GOT TOGETHER AND HAD A FUND RAISER FOR HER. JEANNIE IS A LEGEND IN SURFING AND SHE STILL RIPS ALA MOANA BOWLS ALMOST EVERYDAY! HER OUT LOOK IN LIFE IS INCREDIBLE AND SHE HAS GONE TROUGH MANY TRIALS AND SHE STILL COMES OUT SMILING! I’M ALWAYS HAPPY TO SEE HER AND I’M SO BLESSED TO HAVE MET SUCH A GREAT PERSON AS JEANNIE AND IT’S AN HONOR TO CALL HER FRIEND!

DANIEL (SWITZERLAND)

HERE’S A PICTURE OF DANIEL FROM SWITZERLAND. DON’T YOU LOVE THE FEELING WHEN YOU GET A NEW BOARD? SIZING IT UP AT ALL ANGLES UNTIL YOU CAN TAKE IT FOR ITS FIRST SURF. REMINDS ME OF WHEN A KID GETS A NEW TOY AND IS SO EXCITED WHEN TAKING IT HOME. ANYWAY, WE ALWAYS STRIVE TO MAKE QUALITY BOARDS AND HOPE YOU ENJOY SURFING ON THEM. MAHALO.

KALANI ROBB

KALANI AND I TALKED STORY A BIT AFTER SURFING THE NORTH SHORE THIS MORNING. IT’S BEEN A WHILE AND WAS GREAT SEEING HIM. WE REMINISCED ABOUT THE GOOD OLD DAYS AND ABOUT SOME OF THE BOARDS WE MADE. WE WERE TALKING ABOUT THIS ONE MAGIC BOARD HE HAD AND I BELIEVE THAT WAS THE ONE HE WON THE WCT IN BRAZIL. IT IS GREAT TO HAVE MADE FRIENDS LIKE KALANI THROUGH SURFING! I THANK GOD FOR THE GIFT OF SURFING NOT ONLY AS A SPORT BUT FOR ALL THE FRIENDS WE MADE ALONG THE WAY! CHECK OUT HIS DOG SUNNY, SHE LOOKS MEAN BUT SHE IS A SWEET HEART! HAVE A GREAT DAY!
